Studio Policies
Our Policies
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 48hrs before a service are subject to a 50% charge of the service fee. Please reach out to Kerry directly through email or phone if before 48hrs or if an emergency. No shows will be subject to 100% of the service fee.
Late Arrival Policy
To ensure every guest receives the full attention and quality of service they deserve, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
Our grace periods are:
- Appointments 30 minutes or less: 5-minute grace period
- Appointments 1 hour or longer: 10-minute grace period
Arrivals beyond the applicable grace period may need to be shortened, adjusted, or rescheduled depending on the service and our schedule. If we are unable to safely or properly complete your service within the remaining appointment time, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation and the applicable cancellation fee will apply.
We never want to rush your service or delay the guests scheduled after you. If you know you're running late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can determine whether we're still able to accommodate your appointment.
